Here are some precautions that will keep you protected from COVID-19.

Frequently as well as thoroughly wash/sanitize your hands with soap and water or Alcohol-based Sanitizer/hand rub.

Avoid public gatherings and other crowded places as much as you can.

Don’t shake hands. Be 1 meter or 3 feet away from the person sneezing or coughing.

Avoid touching your face, eyes, ears, mouth, and nose. If you have to then, sanitize your hands before.

Embrace healthy-eating and maintain personal hygiene.

If you wear a mask, avoid touching the exterior side of the mask. If you do, thoroughly wash/sanitize your hands.

Scrap the tissues and masks you have used in a covered bin.

It is a good idea to maintain a personal sanitary set with you. Don’t share your handkerchiefs, towels, soaps, etc. with anyone.

Eat Vitamin C rich food like Tomato, Oranges, Amla, Kiwi, Lemon, Grapes, Guava, etc. for boosting the immunity system.

In case of any aforementioned symptoms, go for medicare immediately.
